The Local Bar & Mezze is situated in the lobby of the Athens Backpackers.

It features a bar with indoor and outdoor seating across two levels.

We serve local beers, wines, aperitifs and cocktails.  We are renowned for our local liqueurs which are fruit based and include apple, apricot, lemon, strawberry and orange versions and served with some ice to be sipped.

Our food options include fresh bread from Takis Bakery in Misaraliotou street, local dips, cheese, cold meats, dolmade’s and Peloponnese olive oils with wild Greek Thyme dusted upon everything.

We always have fresh beats and tunes playing and support local DJ’s, artists and performers by opening our space regularly to events and parties.

We are open daily from 10am till late to the public.
